We seek a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team remotely in the Philippines as a Salesforce / Titan Support. You will play a crucial role in assisting our partners and clients with the successful implementation and utilization of TITAN products working together with their Salesforce and SAP systems. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients globally.

We seek a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team remotely in the Philippines as a Salesforce / Titan Support. You will play a crucial role in assisting our partners and clients with the successful implementation and utilization of TITAN products working together with their Salesforce and SAP systems. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients globally.
Responsibilities:
- User Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and profiles. Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels based on job requirements.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system. Regularly import, export, and cleanse data. Manage data security and data sharing settings.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements. Create custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user inquiries and issues.
- BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English with professional-level communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (CT).
