Your Role:

• Collect and consolidate client forecasts from various portals and formats.
• Clean and transform data using Excel and Forecast Pro software.
• Analyze forecasts for over 3,000 products across multiple warehouses.
• Use Forecast Pro to generate monthly forecasts based on client data and mathematical models.
• Push validated forecasts into Epicor ERP to support purchasing.
• Flag and investigate major forecast variances with sales.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and follow up on gaps.
• Analyze trends to spot product declines, substitutions, or growth opportunities.
• Align forecasts with real demand for better planning.
• Produce sales and KPI reports for key products, logistics, and supply chain.
• Lead monthly forecast review meetings with purchasing and marketing.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of MIN/MAX parameters for inventory planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Any other analysis requested by supply chain department

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Knowledge of Power BI – Asset.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in ERP data extraction and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas
• Strong ERP proficiency

• Thoroughness

• Strong sense of analysis

• Ability to synthetize, interpret data and communicate results clearly

• Good understanding of business processes (sales, inventory, logistics)

• Organizational skills
