Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative/ Associate. That will help with sales, deliver first-rate customer service, and manage transactions effectively.

The Sales Representative/Associate drives sales by engaging customers, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the company's products and services

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Provide product knowledge and answer questions.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and arrange merchandise attractively.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
• Work with team members to meet sales goals.
• Assist with inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
