DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable in maintaining and nurturing lasting professional relationship with a personal rapport distributor partners and direct national and local key accounts.
- Initiates and conducts business reviews
- Achievement of territory sales volume and value targets
- Inventory Management
- Ensures 100% achievement of sales order deliveries
- Engages customers and partners in the monthly and quarterly execution code calendar that includes planning, cascading, and implementing of channel and marketing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With a valid driver's licensed.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Background in FMCG Industry is an advantage
- Embodies the Company's Customer Service way of promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization.
