MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

1.Education: Degree related course in Civil Engineering or Business
2.At least years of experience in sales with minimum of 5 years supervisory or managerial task
3.Preferably female not more than 35 years old
4.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Has managed both in-house and field sales personnel.
Has been a Sales Manager preferably in the finishing materials industry.
Has developed and executed tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
Is highly organized and has very effective time management skills
Is a demonstrated leader among employees
Is highly computer literate and uses sales database tracking programs.
Strong negotiating skills and capacity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5.Job Descriptions

In relation to the projects revenue stream - develops new corporate accounts. Provides strategic account leadership such as key accounts acquisition and development, customer relationship management, and making proactive recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention. In relation to the branch retail revenue stream, monitors and oversees the sales performance of the retail stores of Vergeben Incorporated (Hilcres Consolidated Corporation) ensuring that each branch meet their monthly sales quotas. In terms of the e-business revenue stream, explore and take advantage of the opportunities that can be had from online selling through the company platforms
