Position Objective

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers and email systems.

This role involves ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency while providing technical support to the Team. Oversee business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in the marketplace. Enable faster and smarter business processes and develop analytics for meaningful insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

System Maintenance

  • Configure and maintain servers, networks and application to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Manage and maintain IT operations and support all change activities, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
  • Proactively identify business risks and opportunities to meet end user requirements and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
  • Collaborate with Directors, CEO and end users to understand pressure points, weaknesses and areas of frustration in using existing systems.
  • Support Cloud-based networks such as Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Data Management:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce, including regular audits and data cleanup activities.
  • Identify opportunities for new systems or processes to improve the end user experience, minimise administration burden and support the future growth and financial sustainability of Encara.
  • Reports and Dashboards:Generate and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance and other key business metrics.
  • Workflow Automation:Develop and modify workflows and understand the flow architecture to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Support the integration of new systems with the existing information system.

Training and User Support:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of administration functions, this may include (but not limited to):
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring secure and appropriate access to data and system functionalities.
  • Provide training and support for employees on various systems and tools.
  • Provide technical support, resolving software issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with troubleshooting to identify root cause and provide technical support when needed.
  • Timesheet check in
  • Welfare checks by ensuring that clinicians have logged in and out of shift.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring proper setup of user accounts, access permissions, and necessary hardware/software.
  • Ensure that access to sensitive systems is revoked in a timely manner upon employee departure.
