Main Responsibilities

• Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; and managing staff. Monitors demand for company products or services, business and industry competition and prices. Identify potential new customers; develop strategies for increasing sales or market share.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
• Must have at least 7 years work-related experience in fast moving Consumer Goods or Food Industry
• MBA is highly desired

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
