What you'll be doing

• Manage and motivate a team of sales and collections personnel to achieve ambitious targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
• Oversee the collections process, ensuring timely and effective debt recovery
• Analyse sales and collections data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and report on team and individual key performance indicators

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a sales and collections supervisory role, preferably within the lending or financial services industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive business decisions
• Thorough understanding of sales and collections best practices and industry regulations
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and collections targets
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
