Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) minimum to 3 years maximum of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have market research and intelligence experience, preferably within the Research/QSR/FMCG industry.
  • Must have good understanding of competitive analytical methods and economic indicators.
  • Must have good project management, networking and strategic planning skills.
  • Must be a strong analytical thinker with skills for critical information gathering.
  • With advanced report writing skills and presentation skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, SPSS, and SAS.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple priorities and short timelines.
  • Willing to travel, has a strong understanding of the market and has or can build resource network.
  • Must have a keen eye for details, very observant and resourceful.
  • Must have excellent communications skills.
  • Willing to work in Q.C. and work full-time on site.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable analysis and recommendations in order to identify areas in the market where business can be developed.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies
  • Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
  • Devise methods and procedures for obtaining data; has proven ability to work with and generate insight from both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Has the ability to turn large amounts of information into meaningful insight.
  • Support Top Management, Marketing and R&D by conducting consumer research studies to understand consumer needs and wants, thus, aiding in business decision making.
  • Reduced risks in launching products /commercials that are not acceptable to the market
  • Increased competitiveness of our brands/products in the market
  • Improved customer service delivery of Operations.
