The Sales Agent (English) will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing Forex trading products, and converting leads into active traders. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and the motivation to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, explain product offerings, and guide prospects through the registration and onboarding process.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Forex trading services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and trading platforms.
- Build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs and goals.
- Present, explain, and recommend suitable trading options and account types.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client communications and transactions.
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines when interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and conversion rates.
- Fluent in the English language with strong communication and comprehension skills.
- Preferably with prior sales experience (telemarketing, BPO, or financial accounts a plus).
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with international clients.
- Goal-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC on a fixed graveyard schedule.
