- Process paper works and updates the contracts for any revisions;
- Handles suppliers for any logistic requirements;
- Maintains an accurate database used by the Business Development Team;
- Handles phone and email queries
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related courses;
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales or any administrative related work;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- Knowledgeable to MS Office Applications
