E-commerce Marketplace Assistant

Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior eCommerce Marketplace Assistant to support product listing management across major online marketplaces. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in eCommerce while contributing to accurate and optimized listings across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus, Wayfair, and others.

Job Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings across marketplaces including Amazon, Home Depot, Target Plus, Lowe’s, Walmart, and Wayfair
• Conduct routine audits to ensure listing accuracy, consistency, and platform compliance
• Update product pricing, promotions, and inventory levels accurately and on time
• Assist in optimizing product content, including images and descriptions, to improve visibility and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support seasonal campaigns and special projects
• Stay informed on marketplace updates, policies, and best practices
• Generate and maintain reports on product performance, listing health, and content accuracy
• 1 to 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations or marketplace management
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar tools is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with listing tools and backend marketplace systems
• Preferred but not required: Background in home goods or related industries
• Preferred but not required: Exposure to advertising tools or promotional features within marketplaces
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently
