Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Sales Admin Associate to join Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation based in our marketing base in Makati City.

A Sales Admin Associate is a member of the Sales Planning & Administration Department who is responsible for monitoring, consolidating, and creating executive reports about our dealer networks retails sales and inventory, model reservations, customer inquiries, etc.

You will have direct coordination with our dealer network bridging the gap with Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation, providing, and processing the requirements of each entity.

You will also handle administrative functions by managing and coordinating our Marketing Teams office supplies, budget planning, and other functional activities.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • KPI monitoring of vehicle sales, inquiries, reservations, and releases
  • Preparation and consolidation of the following reports:
  • Dealer Reports (inquiries, reservations and releases or sales)
  • Top management reports & presentation (Hoshin, Board of Directors, Excom, Dealer Conference)
  • Annual budget requirements, consumption monitoring, and support on cost reduction activities
  • Administrative tasks such as supplies monitoring, replenishment, and issuance, and monitoring and creation of workplace SOPs
  • Support to company activities like safety audit & monitoring, risk management audit and ISO certification

  • Good presentation skills
