Sales Admin Associate provides essential administrative and operational support to a sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration graduate.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Has a customer service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating machine movement activities, including scheduling, processing, and documentation for installations, replacements, pull-outs, and demos.
  • Oversees weekly and monthly planning (Plan vs. Actual) for OCS and AVM machines and ensures accurate trade asset tagging and reporting.
  • Monitors zero-sales accounts for reordering or pull-out and aligns trade asset productivity data with TEKSOL and Nestlé systems.
  • Manages the creation of monthly CA (Customer Assistant)coverage plans, including daily itineraries, regular account visits, and collection schedules.
