Job Responsibilities (include But Are Not Limited To)

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the department
  • Assist in various marketing and documentation tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support departmental activities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing Management or a related field
  • With experience in administrative tasks (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in Canva and other basic editing or design tools
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with various social media platforms used for marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persistent, and hardworking
  • Basic accounting background or experience is an advantage.
  • Can start immediately
