  • Help in preparing and encoding sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
  • Coordinate order and delivery requirements between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customers.
  • Monitor the status of sales orders and update the Sales Coordinator on delivery timelines an
  • File and maintain sales-related documents (quotations, POs, SOs, DRs, SI, etc.).
  • Encode customer information and sales data in the CRM or internal system.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales records.
  • Assist in preparing presentations or materials for client meetings and internal reporting.
  • Monitor office supplies used by the sales team and coordinate requests when needed.

Job Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Basic knowledge in sales processes, invoicing, or order processing is an advantage.

Salary Range: ₱15,000 – ₱16,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Antipolo City
