- Help in preparing and encoding sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Coordinate order and delivery requirements between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customers.
- Monitor the status of sales orders and update the Sales Coordinator on delivery timelines an
- File and maintain sales-related documents (quotations, POs, SOs, DRs, SI, etc.).
- Encode customer information and sales data in the CRM or internal system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales records.
- Assist in preparing presentations or materials for client meetings and internal reporting.
- Monitor office supplies used by the sales team and coordinate requests when needed.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Basic knowledge in sales processes, invoicing, or order processing is an advantage.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
