JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.

As a Sales Admin, you will clearly identify current customer needs, must possess admin skills with good data entry experience, and may function as a point of contact for third-party vendors.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs
  • Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealerships satisfaction
  • Verify receiving documents
  • Follow up on shortages and expedite the process
  • Performs other tasks when required


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Call Center/Customer Service Field
  • Experience in back office works and extensive data entry skills
  • Experience with an Auto parts Company is preferred but not required
