About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager with 10+ years of experience, ideally in the Employer of Record (EOR) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. This role is responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving growth across global markets. You will play a strategic role in scaling the business by leveraging your deep understanding of global workforce solutions and advanced sales tools.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager with 10+ years of experience, ideally in the Employer of Record (EOR) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. This role is responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving growth across global markets. You will play a strategic role in scaling the business by leveraging your deep understanding of global workforce solutions and advanced sales tools.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Growth
- Own and grow relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client success, satisfaction, and long-term value.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities aligned with company targets.
- Create and execute tailored go-to-market strategies in the EOR and BPO verticals.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
- Navigate complex buying groups including HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
- Work closely with operations, legal, customer success, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide strategic feedback to internal teams based on client needs and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry trends, labor compliance, competitor positioning, and workforce mobility challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in EOR, BPO, or related HR/Payroll services.
- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of global employment services, remote onboarding, and HR outsourcing.
