Work Set-up: Site Only
Shift: 09:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
Account Manager is responsible for managing an established book of business, focusing on re-signing existing clients for participation in over 200 annual trade shows. This role is dedicated 100% to account management, with no prospecting or cold calling required. The Account Manager will leverage their persuasive communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for sales to maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth through cross-market sales, multi-year contracts, and upselling, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their continued participation in our events.
- Solely focus on managing existing accounts, with no prospecting or cold calling involved.
- Seek opportunities for cross-market sales, upselling, and multi-year contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Use your proven sales skills to present event details and secure contracts for client participation in our trade shows.
- Provide proactive support, problem-solving, and service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and client retention.
Required Qualifications:
- Has a strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively navigate client needs and close sales, securing client contracts with confidence and efficiency.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Has a persuasive and engaging personality with clear and coherent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all tasks, from managing contracts to tracking client preferences and event specifics.
- Ability to analyze problems effectively and uses logical thinking to devise practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities ensuring smooth processes and high client satisfaction.
