Primary Responsibilities:

• Processes, analyzes, and monitors the status of safety reports and conduct necessary follow-ups for closure.
• Responsible for interpreting data from the corporate safety and compliance programs, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the administration of the corporate databases for the purpose of improved airline safety.
• Provide technical expertise to Management regarding data models, database design development, and data mining.
• Prepare applicable reports and communicate safety related information to managers and line personnel in support of the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of Cebu Pacific's Safety Management System (SMS).
• Create/Maintains the safety dashboard.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate, preferably with aeronautical or industrial engineering degrees.
• Aviation-related experience and working knowledge on Safety Management Systems is an advantage.
• At least 2-5 years of aviation or data analytics experience preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Must be highly analytical and is keen to details.
• Must be very proficient in data gathering, processing, interpreting and presenting data.
• Must be comfortable operating in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  
  

Note: This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement which allows remote work and onsite as needed.
