Your Role:

As a Graphic & Digital Designer, You Will

Creative Design and Development

• Design brochures, illustrations, infographics, icons, and other visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
• Create visual aspects for marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
• Develop print-ready materials such as brochures, posters and other promotional merchandise.
• Ensure consistency in design across all projects and platforms.
  
  

Digital Asset Creation and Management

• Design custom illustrations and graphics that align with brand guidelines, optimised for use in videos, social media assets, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually engaging infographics and motion-ready designs to enhance storytelling and capture audience interest.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and deliver creative visuals that elevate content across all digital platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends and digital innovations to introduce fresh design approaches.
  
  

Social Media Design Support

• Create customised illustrations and infographics tailored for social media campaigns, enhancing audience engagement and brand recognition.
• Collaborate with the social media team to ensure visuals align with platform requirements and campaign objectives.
• Provide design expertise to support branded social media templates and other assets as needed.
• Project Collaboration and Execution
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing, marketing team members, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic recommendations on design formats and production timelines.
• Ensure all files are supplied in required formats and archived properly.
• Brand Management and Innovation
• Develop and enforce the brand style guide to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Bring creative ideas to life in responses to briefs and proactive proposals.
• Evolve presentation designs to make ideas and data visually engaging.
  
  

Technical Design and Development

• Create visual concepts based on project briefs.
• Design and refine logos, branding materials, and advertisements.
• Produce and optimise assets for improved consistency across campaigns.
• Assist in the production of email marketing content, including GIF animations.
  
  

Image Library Management

• Organise and maintain the company’s image library, ensuring images of projects, professional on-site photo shoots, and other visual assets are properly catalogued and accessible.
• Regularly update the library with high-quality images and ensure compliance with licensing and usage rights.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 3+ years of professional graphic and digital design experience, with a proven track record of high-quality deliverables.
• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in creating high-quality presentation assets and client-facing documents.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Video editing and animation skills, including experience with Canva and other video platforms (Premiere and After Effects desirable).
• In-depth knowledge of design principles such as typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Experience working across print and digital channels.
• Advanced ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
