S2P Procurement Support - Associate

Your Task And Responsibilities

• Handle the queries received in ServiceNow & call back suppliers within agreed SLA/ TAT
• To support SME / FO team in clearing the queries on time
• To ensure all Adhoc requests are resolved and responded within the timeline
• To ensure all errors / issues are recorded appropriately and have corrective and preventive actions updated in alignment with the team.
• To demonstrate Problem Solving capabilities in resolving issues and customer queries.
• Identifying and sharing process improvement ideas and take accountability in having it completed.
• Support in the documentating the details missing or any new additions into the process
  
  

Who You Are

• University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Commerce, or similar fields
• Strong AP, Procurement & Query Management knowledge
• Quick learner with excellent analytical skills, self-driven & result Oriented
• Person should be high on energy & high standards
• Good communication skills, ability to influence remote stakeholders
• Logical reasoning, ability to take decisions in resolving queires and navigate independently
• Should have attention to detail and flavor for working with data
• Ability to develop good relations with team members/stakeholders & Demonstrate Customer Centricity RESTRICTED
• ERP – Ability to explore the advanced usage of the ERP and to help the beginners in basic navigation.
• Problem solving - Ability to identify the root cause of the day to day process challenges and take remediation action with minimal support. Ability to suggest corrective action
  
  

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payables, Procurement Process, Reporting, Accounting etc.
• Should have managed external customers/vendors/stakeholders as a part of the role
• Transition Experience will be an added advantage
