Job Description
The Construction Management Associate - Repair and Takeover is responsible in preparing cost estimate and purchase requisition, process all payments & billings, monitors budget and prepare weekly reports. He will also attend all administrative works and coordinate to different departments, sites, contractors and suppliers.
Update repair works monitoring on a daily basis
Vendor creation for suppliers and contractors
Shortlist pool of contractors quarterly
Process approved petty cash replenishment and monitor expenses/charging (if applicable)
Review, tabulate and update material charging both on OSM and petty cash expenses (if applicable)
Assist in punch-listing or project supervision when necessary
Assist in renovation/special projects as needed
Qualifications:

- Accreditation & short listing of contractors and Administrative works
- Accreditation & short listing of contractors
Vendor creation for suppliers and contractors
Shortlist pool of contractors quarterly
- Work/Project implementation
Process approved petty cash replenishment and monitor expenses/charging (if applicable)
Review, tabulate and update material charging both on OSM and petty cash expenses (if applicable)
Assist in punch-listing or project supervision when necessary
Assist in renovation/special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 1-year work experience in construction management/project management
- willing to be assigned in Bajada Davao
- can start asap with ready requirements
