Roles & Responsibilities:
- Incident management: Troubleshoot Blue Prism issues, identify the path to timely issue resolution and service restoration
- Problem management: Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes, including code changes if necessary
- Change management: Adhere to standards and processes to minimize issues caused by changes
- 2-5 years experience in Blue Prism, particularly in platform implementation and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills. Must be able to collaborate within a team and with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- With proven proactive drive to learn and innovate
- Good to have: working knowledge of MS SQL
- Good to have: working knowledge of Azure
