We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Makati, Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Role: Room Attendant
What You'll Do
Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
Ensure the proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Assist guests with any inquiries or requests regarding their stay.
Perform regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure quality standards are met.
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in housekeeping or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
A positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
