The Risk Regulatory and Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the Risk Department adheres to all regulatory standards and internal policies. This role involves the development, implementation, and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve organizational integrity and mitigate risk.

About The Job

What you will do:

Risk Policy Governance

  • Obtains and understands regulatory issuances from various regulatory bodies i.e., Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Anti Money Laundering Council (AMLC), National Privacy Commission (NPC), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), validates its applicability to various risk units, and ensures timely dissemination to the teams.
  • Monitor HCPH Risk Department’s adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain a risk management framework, risk appetite statement, stress testing and reputational risk management framework.

RISK COMPLIANCE PROGRAM:

  • Develop, draft, implement compliance program within Risk Department and review its effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular compliance or control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinates with various Risk Units and other relevant stakeholders in the preparation of accurate and timely submission of regulatory requirements, as applicable.
  • Prepares and checks the quarterly Compliance Self-Assessment Checklist and signs the Certificate of Compliance for the Risk Department.

RISK POLICY GOVERNANCE

  • Coordinate with various risk teams to identify potential risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and operational risks in relation to risk regulatory compliance.

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in either Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems/ Security or related field or years of experience in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Continuity and Information Security
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Risk Management professional
  • Operational or any other Enterprise Risk Management experience
  • Good level of English both spoken and written
