Interacts with customers/ customer information on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provides information to customers about product features. Helps customers when they are faced with problems or need information and/or ensure customer information is updated accurately What You'll Do:

• Risk Assessment: Monitor and analyze transactions, accounts, and processes to identify potential risks, fraud, and security issues
• Incident Management: Investigate and resolve incidents related to fraud, compliance breaches, or any security risks that arise
• Data Analysis: Review data to detect patterns, anomalies, and trends that might indicate a security threat or risk to the business
• Risk Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on potential and ongoing risks, including recommended actions to mitigate them
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with compliance, operations, and security teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and implement solutions
• Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure that all operations are aligned with internal risk management policies and external regulatory requirements
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to risk management processes and tools to stay ahead of emerging threats
• Proactive Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends and potential risk areas by keeping current with best practices and emerging risks
