The primary role is to drive customer engagement and lifecycle management for the Revolving Products line. The role focuses on increasing customer activity, retention, and value by designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven engagement strategies. This position collaborates across CRM, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to ensure high-impact execution of initiatives that enhance customer stickiness and support overall business objectives. The role acts as a champion of customer-centricity, aligning business goals with actionable engagement campaigns and lifecycle strategies.

What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the Revolving Products customer engagement roadmap across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive retention, reactivation, and portfolio deepening initiatives.
- Analyze customer behavioral data and segment performance to inform campaigns and journey optimization.
- Collaborate with analytics, product, and marketing teams to test, track, and refine lifecycle interventions.
- Lead cross-channel engagement planning (SMS, push, call center, email, etc.).
- Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Represent the engagement stream in Revolving Products portfolio reviews and strategic planning meetings.
- Deep experience in customer engagement strategy
- Campaign and journey design and implementation
- Solid understanding of consumer lending dynamics
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role
- At least 2 years of handling people
- Agile mindset, ability to adapt and change in quickly changing market conditions
- SAS campaign management knowledge
- A/B testing and experimental design
