How You Will Make An Impact In The Role

Trusting Social Philippines is looking for a Content and Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You'll be crucial in shaping our brand voice and driving our content strategy, with a deep focus on fintech, new-age technology, fraud prevention, and the broader financial services sector. This role also involves managing

Trusting Social Philippines' social media presence. We're seeking someone with at least 5 years of proven experience in crafting compelling content and engaging online communities across various platforms. If you're passionate about in-depth research, SEO, strategic storytelling, and making a tangible impact in advocating for financial inclusion, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • B2B Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B content strategies. Produce high-impact blogs, newsletters, white papers, website copy, webinar content, pitch decks, brochures, and product info sheets.

This includes conducting deep research into complex B2B trends within fintech, fraud prevention, AI, and related financial topics, optimizing all content for SEO.

  • Social Media Management: Strategize and manage Trusting Social Philippines' social accounts. Create compelling B2B social copy and visuals, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance.
  • Brand Storytelling: Shape our B2B brand narrative. Translate complex fintech and AI concepts into clear, engaging stories for decision-makers.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and marketing to align content and social efforts.
  • Research & Analytics: Stay current on industry trends and developments, particularly in fintech, new-age tech, and financial regulations. Analyze content and social media performance, providing actionable insights for B2B growth.

Minimum Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in content writing and social media management.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging B2B content.
  • Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices for B2B content optimization.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research and transform complex industry concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the tech, finance, or AI industries.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to measure content performance.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in digital content, social media, and B2B marketing.
  • Passion for driving financial inclusion through storytelling and digital engagement.
