What You’ll Do
- Develop path-to-purchase programs to increase client activation of multiple use cases
- In charge of programs to win back churning clients
- Identify gaps in customer experience to improve client usage
- Helps to implement usage strategies for communications
- Monitors competitive activity
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Data Analytics/Customer Relationship Management
- At least 1 year hands-on experience in campaign/product management
- Campaign management knowledge
- Experience with agile product ownership
