Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Revit Designer to join our design team, specializing in fitted furniture solutions for healthcare and education environments. This role focuses on delivering precise Revit models and detailed drawings to support project execution, all under the guidance of the Design Manager. As part of the design team, this position does not involve client, sales, or project-facing responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate on technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Design Development

• Create accurate and detailed Revit models based on architectural plans, project specifications, and internal requirements.
• Ensure that all designs are aligned with project requirements and manufacturing standards.
  
  

Technical Drawing Production

• Generate comprehensive drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views, adhering to company and project standards.
• Ensure all drawings are clear, precise, and suitable for production and installation.
  
  

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with the Design Manager, following detailed instructions and incorporating feedback to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the design team to maintain consistency and efficiency across projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Understanding of Autocad & Revit
• Technical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret and work on architectural and technical drawings.
• Furniture Design Experience: Previous experience in designing fitted furniture, cabinetry, or similar products.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and consistency in producing technical documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a structured, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of sector-specific requirements such as hygiene and safety standards for healthcare and education environments.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes related to joinery and furniture production.
• Furniture Design Experience: Previous experience in designing fitted furniture, cabinetry, or similar products.
• Proficiency in Revit: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Revit, including modelling, family creation, and scheduling.
