Location / Shift Angeles Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you are responsible for creating and developing visual assets that brands use for their advertising, promotion, and online presence. You must apply your creativity and design skills to generate enticing, memorable designs that align with the brand's identity and appeal to their target demographic. You will support the marketing needs of internal departments, with a focus on creative content development, layout, design and copywriting. The position will be responsible for layout and updates to company marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, catalogues, emails, infographics, corporate templates, and the corporate website. The position will also share responsibility for writing copy for product literature, email campaigns, the company website, advertisements, blogs, case studies videos. Roles and responsibilities:

• Branded merchandise: This includes any materials that prominently feature the brand or logo that can increase publicity and be for sale or promotional giveaways. For example, branded hats, shirts, pens, or bags.
• Social media assets and graphics: These can be logos, icons, or visual graphics brands use on their social media profiles and posts. These can personify the brand on social media platforms and help form a cohesive brand image across social media channels.
• Print advertising: These designers create print advertisements, including brochures, coupons, or magazine or newspaper ads. The goal for designers creating print materials is to represent the brand's identity while adhering to the requirements of the format, such as dimensions or implementing a call-to-action.
• Digital advertising: Digital advertising can include banners or pop-up website advertisements. These ads can target users on sites with related subject matter to reach consumers with the highest potential for conversion into customers.
• Brand image, logos, and visual identity: The individual brand assets that these designers create are helpful across all marketing materials. These can also include chosen fonts and colour schemes.
• Website design: These designers may contribute to the design of a brand's website by consulting the web designer. They may also design digital assets to incorporate, such as logos, banners, or imagery.
• Create graphics that is Clean Corporate, not Chinese looking, and gothic looking.
• Design Presentations to sell
• Rendering for Proposals to promote a vision or concept
• Create various layouts for website designs, email designs, and illustrations, logo for custom food papers according to client specifications.
• Improve the storytelling using graphic design.
• Eye-catching graphic design for social media marketing
• Creating and developing visual assets that brands use for their advertising, promotion, and online presence. They apply their creativity and design skills to generate enticing, memorable designs that align with the brand's identity and appeal to their target demographic.
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluent English Speaker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with design
• Proven ability to write compelling copy
• Able to leverage and coordinate with multiple resources and SMES to develop content
• Own and update content as needed, including presentation, infographics, web content
• Provide corporate support for edigint and PPT layouts
• Maintain marketing style guides and corporate marketing templates
• Able to adapt to, enforce and enhance corporate brand standards related to tone/voice
• Experience of digital marketing. Including the web. Video and email
• MS Office Skills, including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
• Graphic programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar
• Experience with HTML and Marketing Automation Software HubSpot
• At least 2 years of similar experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, journalism
• Graphic layout skills and knowledge relative to web, printed material and presentation
• Excellent writing and editing skills, and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required.
• Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach
• Adaptive, effective communication and interpersonal skills
