Position: Revenue Operations Specialist

Location: GSC Tower, BGC, Taguig City

Work Set-up & Shift: Work From Home and Night Shift

The Revenue Operations Specialist serves as the analytical and operational right-hand to our GTM leadership. This role is central to ensuring that our business reporting, sales compensation, and forecasting processes run with accuracy and insight. This person will oversee cross-functional reporting, build the weekly executive GTM dashboard, and ensure sales compensation programs are executed flawlessly.

This position requires deep attention to detail, comfort working with data, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This person will interact regularly with stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and Operations, delivering insights that shape strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Analytics: Own pipeline reporting, bookings forecasting, and budgeting to ensure successful execution of Financial Planning & Analysis activities
  • Executive material creation: Lead development and timely delivery of essential sales reporting collateral (e.g., weekly ELT presentations, Monthly TownHall presentations, etc.), ensuring high quality analyses that synthesize results and align to business objectives
  • Sales Team Compensation Analysis: Provide analytical support for variable compensation plan design and administration
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across lead management, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account executives, Finance, Product, and Service Delivery to track pipeline health and ensure seamless information flow between teams
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decisions and board reporting

Required

  • 4–6 years of experience in revenue operations, finance, consulting, or related analytics roles.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to senior leaders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment aligned to US business hours

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM reporting and dashboards
  • Experience managing sales compensation processes and incentive analysis
  • Proficiency in BI or visualization tools (e.g., Pigment, Power BI)
  • Background in SaaS or technology companies
  • Understanding of sales funnel forecasting metrics and dynamics (e.g., bookings, revenue, pipeline coverage, win rate)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term system improvements
