The Revenue Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the Revenue Management team by monitoring, updating, and maintaining systems related to pricing, inventory, and revenue optimization. This position requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication to ensure that all systems function smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and updating Revenue Management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in pricing and inventory control
Transcribing pricing strategies from Revenue Analysts into relevant systems and ensuring they are applied correctly
Identifying and documenting system discrepancies or issues, troubleshooting, and tracking them in error logs
Assigning inventory and event tags in the Point of Sale (POS) system to support revenue strategies
Assisting with the maintenance and management of other related data systems used for revenue optimization
Collaborating with the Revenue Management team to ensure all processes are aligned with the company's revenue goals
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree
Understanding of Excel/Google Sheets basic formulas and functions
Technologically savvy and quick on a computer - ability to learn and apply new skills in a changing environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
Good written and verbal communication skills: Able to deliver professional relationships through clear communication to colleagues, team members, and clients
Team Player, Reliable, Collaborative, communicates constructively and listens actively. Consistently shows commitment to the team, and shares openly and willingly.
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and provide support to other team members
Can accommodate rapidly shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
At least two monitors to work on
Available to work in Pacific Time Zone and flexibility to switch schedules
