Job Description
- Oversee the inbound process and team members and ensure that all the Key
- Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved.
- Create personnel schedules and monitoring of duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure all the deliveries are received, checked, processed, and endorsed to the next
- process within the agreed timelines
- Notify appropriate departments/suppliers when there is non-conformance or
- shortage/overages are found
- Ensure inspection and judgement for customer returns and failed delivery items are
- within the standard operating procedure
- Provide reports to Functional Lead or Manager to present information, findings and
- analysis.
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations
- Exposure to warehouse tools, processes, advantage
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures consistently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Willing to work in Bulacan and
