Job Description

  • Oversee the inbound process and team members and ensure that all the Key
  • Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved.
  • Create personnel schedules and monitoring of duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensure all the deliveries are received, checked, processed, and endorsed to the next
  • process within the agreed timelines
  • Notify appropriate departments/suppliers when there is non-conformance or
  • shortage/overages are found
  • Ensure inspection and judgement for customer returns and failed delivery items are
  • within the standard operating procedure
  • Provide reports to Functional Lead or Manager to present information, findings and
  • analysis.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations
  • Exposure to warehouse tools, processes, advantage
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures consistently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Willing to work in Bulacan and
