The Partner Engagement Officer is primarily responsible for creating strategic partnerships with corporate clients and collaborates with different units of the bank. The role is also responsible in identifying opportunities for new partnerships and develops and executes plan for strategic growth

Responsibilities

New Business Opportunities / Strategic Partnerships

  • Expands revenue streams and customer services by venturing into and exploring different and non-traditional solutions to the partners’ and business’ needs
  • Carefully plans and studies the profitability of the partnerships, and other income generating projects of channels, understanding the key drivers of its revenues; costs and other key result areas

Account Management

  • Reviews business requirements to ensure consistent partners experience or expectation and endorse to systems and projects for technical development
  • Ensures that requirements are correctly and completely documented
  • Monitors and analyzes usage and efficiency in support of revenue and cost initiatives
  • Conducts business review as well as collaborate and coordinate with Partners to improve relationship and overall client experience

Risk and Compliance Management

  • Ensures that all BSP, risk and compliance, regulatory and internal approvals relevant to the offering are secured, in order and properly documented
  • Continuous risk assessment to ensure transactional security and compliance to standards, e.g. information security and regulatory

Expense and Budget Management

  • Carefully plans and allocates budget to the right activities / strategies to achieve enrollment goals

Qualifications

  • Must be a bachelor's degree of any 4-year business related course
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Product and/or Project Management, Business Development, Cash Management, Corporate Account Management
  • Background in IT background is a plus
  • Must have above-average communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a good grasp of banking and technology related trends
  • Must be abreast with business processes and trends / issues

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (3x a week on-site; 2x a week work-from-home)
