As Retail Partnership Executive, your responsibilities include

Distributor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

P4P Target Achievement

  • Monitor distributor P4P and ensure they meet assigned P4P targets.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to improve distributor performance.

Inventory And Stock / Financial Management

  • Ensure optimal inventory levels at the distributor end and all channels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to streamline order processing and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with Finance Team on the reconciliation and timely release of Distributor’s Receivables
  • Coordinate with Distributor on the timely payment of Distributor’s Payables.

Compliance And Reporting

  • Ensure distributors adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on total distributor performance, sales trends, and operational challenges.

Operational Oversight

  • Conduct regular visits to distributor locations to assess operations, provide support, and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address distributor needs and improve overall efficiency.
  • Continuous assessment and enhancement of Distributor and SFP processes

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, distribution management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High Level of Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of distribution networks/RTM and supply chain processes.
  • Leadership skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
