We are looking for a Retail Excellence Manager for our Philippines market to join our Maison to be a entrepreneurial leader who understands the market, builds client relationships, identifies business opportunities, and fosters a cluster of service excellence and client development for brand desirability.   • You will partner with Store Managers and work with the Operations Executive to ensure core retail operational tasks are delivered according to global standards,
  • You will also work closely with all departments to plan and assist stores for driving business opportunities,
  • Ensure retail stores follow and adhere to the Retail Foundations standards, and support and teach them accordingly,
  • Ensure full compliance to all policies, rules, and regulations relating to the retail team,
  • Represent yourself as a leader for the market and lead through example, while supporting all local event coordination and planning

  • You are dynamic, attentive, and an inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients,
  • 5-10 years' experience in Luxury Retail (jewelry experience is advantageous) with time spent in country management exposure,
  • 5+ years of leadership experience with strong leadership skills,

  • Our HR team will connect with you to get to know you better and to share the Maison’s values and culture,
  • Then, you will be meet with our Market Director to assess your suitability and the opportunity to find out how Tiffany & Co. can help you to succeed,
  • You will also meet with our Retail Excellence Director for the region to deep-dive into the functional pillar.
  • For the final round, you will meet with our President who will share on a broader perspective, focusing on company’s goals and your potential impact on the company’s strategic objectives.
