Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints and inquiries, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customer accounts through open and engaging communication.
• Ensure information provided is accurate, valid, and complete.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documentation.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate (with diploma or certificate).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Availability to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours.
• Able to START ASAP.
