Sales Representative

Assist in finding prospects and leads and identify new sales opportunities in order to achieve a monthly sales quota.
Visit and schedule a presentation to existing clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or discuss and promote company products and services.
Maintain positive and strong relationship with clients. Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience
Monitor status of each project complies with design, quality and production deadlines.
Work closely and coordinate with clients, sales teams and other departments to ensure projects delivered on time with high quality. Coordinate delivery /installation schedule, including process of permit from clients and installation policy.
Consistent follow-up with clients several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Handle all clients’ complaint and resolve issues in a very professional way and maintain the company’s reputation.
Supports Accounting Department in relation to client’s payment to ensure on time payment and to prevent bad debt account.
Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activities and client information.
Prepare and send proposals and / or quotations to client figured by the Production Head. Once approved, it should be forwarded to Accounting Department for releasing of Job Order.
Request and receive Purchase Orders (P.O.) or signed quotations or go signal from the client. Ensure immediate submission of Purchase Orders (P.O.) to Accounting Department for countering and billing of projects.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report and gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.
