About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' dynamic team as a Retail (Voice and Chat) Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through voice and chat channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients' customers. This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
Provide friendly, efficient and effective customer service through voice and chat channels
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to process improvements
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Atleast 3 mos. experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the retail industry
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
