Job Description
- Able to critically analyze and evaluate different campaign mechanics and work with various stakeholders to drive retail growth initiatives
- Monitor and actively drive growth of various retail project metrics
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources, and create effective internal working process
- Provide timely in-depth reports and provide actionable suggestions based on data
- Conduct market research, gather intelligence and consumer behavior research
- Drive, manage, and boost platform-wide campaign collections
- Assist the team in developing join business plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or equivalent
- With 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis and project management
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, analytical, driven, and responsible
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel and GSheets)
