OUR TEAM is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Account (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Retail Account (CSR), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and handling a wide range of inquiries and requests from our valued clients. What you'll be doing

• Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identifying and escalating any complex issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
• Fluency in both English and the local language
