- Lead construction and renovation
- Facilitate vendor management
- Manage tenant relation and coordination
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), preferably Licensed-
- At least three (3) years or work experience in Property/Building/Facilities Management
- Knowledgeable in Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods, Operating Requirements, and Safety Precautions
