Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Knowledge of life insurance products and regulations (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work in Makati.
- Assist in researching, developing, and shaping new products from concept to market launch.
- Manage, track, and organize product prototypes with accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Monitor and support production to ensure specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product development, labeling, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect technical data, validate product details, and prepare documentation and marketing collateral.
