Research and Development Staff

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research and Development Staff to join our team who will help in the development, product registration and marketing of organic fertilizer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and development of organic fertilizer
• Design and conduct laboratory and greenhouse experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of fertilizer formulations on plant growth and soil health.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from experiments, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting of findings.
• May participate in field trials to evaluate the performance of the product in real-world growing conditions.
• Assist in the registration of the organic fertilizer product
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to introduce the product to the market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or equivalent
• Strong understanding of organic farming principles and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a passion for sustainable agriculture.
