Job Description:

  • Create business reporting and data systems for the company as needed within a specific timeframe.
  • Analyze the data outputs to help the business make informed decisions.
  • Use programs such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, MS Access, and Excel for processing and reporting data.
  • Enhance the current data reporting process to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure the reporting systems can be easily updated to accommodate different priorities from clients.
  • Conduct audits to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of reports and analytics.
  • Assist in structuring reporting and analytics to improve business performance.
  • Present data analysis results to managers in written and verbal formats.
  • Support various departments, including operations and client services, in achieving their goals through data analysis.
  • Monitor data for any changes or trends.
  • Help automate manual reports maintained by supervisors in operations.
  • Assist Operations in maintaining reports on staffing, forecasting, attendance, and hours tracking.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a reporting, systems, or business analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills needed to create reports and tools based on data, and to develop systems.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Power Query, and other MS Office and Business Intelligence Tools is preferred.
  • Experience in creating insightful business trend presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews is a plus.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
