Position: Reports Administrator

- Place and manage appraisal orders and follow up on their statuses.
- Communicate updates to customers (Account Managers and Home Office).
- Coordinate with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and relay messages.
- Maintain transparency in the Undelivered Appraisal queue with status updates.
- Manage communications with title companies regarding title order reports.
- Escalate title order issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close applications.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, using formulas for efficiency.
- Interest in joining an early-stage tech company in real estate/fintech.
- 2+ years in Banking, Consumer Lending, Operations, or Administrative Support preferred.
- Experience in real estate/mortgage industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of credit underwriting standards and income/asset evaluation is beneficial.
