The Project Manager will oversee the project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards for Renewable Energy Projects. He/She will coordinate the teams, manage schedules and contracts, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Effective communication and technical guidance are key to project success.

The Project Manager will oversee the project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards for Renewable Energy Projects. He/She will coordinate the teams, manage schedules and contracts, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Effective communication and technical guidance are key to project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to align expectations and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
- Coordinate tests, certifications, and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain project quality and timelines.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, provide updates and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support resource planning, cost control, and process improvements to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project operations. Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or any related discipline).
- Strong technical background with knowledge of engineering, construction and project management processes relevant to the project scope.
- Proven experience of at least 8 years in project management, including planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders such as clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Familiarity with national and international standards, regulations, and approval procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Background in Renewable Energy Sector (e.g. Wind and Solar).
