The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and managing digital strategies that strengthen the company’s online presence, attract more website visitors, and generate new business leads. They handle key digital platforms including the company website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to make sure all marketing efforts work together effectively and support business goals.

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including goal setting, audience segmentation, and channel selection to maximize impact.
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee end-to-end campaign management across digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery, performance optimization, and ROI alignment.
- Content Creation & Governance: Craft and curate engaging content for web, social, email, and paid media that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Execute data-driven strategies to enhance organic search rankings (SEO) and paid search performance (SEM), driving qualified traffic to key digital assets.
- Social Media Growth: Manage brand presence across social channels, fostering community engagement, follower growth, and strategic storytelling.
- Website Enhancement: Ensure the company website delivers exceptional user experience, is mobile-responsive, conversion-optimized, and reflects brand messaging effectively.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor digital KPIs, analyze campaign data, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through regular performance reports.
- Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels, optimizing spend for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Global Team Development & Leadership: The role will be leading our internal global digital marketing Team to support our fast growing and global customer.
- The position will effectively collaborate with external consultants and Agencies.
- Trend Tracking & Innovation: Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into campaigns and strategies.
- The position will drive global sales, and will eventually lead our digital marketing team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- With at least 5-8 solid years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proficient in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and analytics platforms.
- With solid experience of launching multi-channel campaigns or new product rollouts is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and can adapt messaging for varied audiences.
- Comfortable with data and can translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Proactive collaborator and can engage effectively across departments.
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
